NCAA Week 11

Virginia Tech at Miami
Virginia Tech has represented the Coastal Division five times in the eight years the ACC Championship game has existed. However, No. 14 Miami can do a lot to end the Hokies’ stranglehold with a home win against them on Saturday.

Virginia at North Carolina
North Carolina has enjoyed a resurgence over the last two weeks, while Virginia’s season just keeps getting worse. The Cavaliers look to reverse their losing ways against the improving Tar Heels when the teams square off on North Carolina’s home field this Saturday.

LSU at Alabama
Top-ranked Alabama’s bid for its third consecutive national championship continues Saturday when the Crimson Tide host rival Louisiana State, which has won five of the last six meetings in Bryant-Denny Stadium. The 12th-ranked Tigers have fallen out of the national title race, but Alabama-LSU games are invariably worth the high price of admission

Nebraska at Michigan
Nebraska used a last-second touchdown pass to keep its hopes of a spot in the Big Ten championship game alive last week. Michigan, which hosts the Cornhuskers on Saturday, failed to do the same and ended up sliding behind Nebraska in the Big Ten Legends Division.

BYU at Wisconsin
Brigham Young’s high-yardage offense faces its sternest test of the season Saturday when the Cougars travel to No. 22Wisconsin. The Cougars average 511.1 yards per game, ranking 12th in the nation, but will oppose a Badgers’ defense that is allowing just 15 points per contest.

Notre Dame at Pittsburgh
No. 25 Notre Dame has made a habit of doing just enough to win lately, which also sums up how its recent meetings with Pittsburgh have gone. The Fighting Irish have won four in a row entering Saturday’s road contest against the Panthers, including three by four points or fewer after a 38-34 victory over Navy last weekend.

Kansas State at Texas Tech
Kansas State rode an impressive win over a ranked Texas Tech team to a Big 12 Conference title last season – a loss that also began a downward spiral for the Red Raiders. On Saturday, No. 23 Texas Tech eyes its first win in this series since 2009 when it hosts the Wildcats.

NFL Week 10

Eagles at Packers
The Green Bay Packers have been hampered by injuries for much of this season, but the loss of Aaron Rodgers will be the toughest one to overcome. With Seneca Wallace under center, Green Bay will host the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday in a quarterback matchup that suddenly favors the Eagles.

Broncos at Chargers
The bye week did not provide a much-needed respite for the Denver Broncos, who lost their head coach for perhaps the rest of the season when John Fox underwent a surgical procedure to repair a heart valve. Defensive coordination Jack Del Rio was named interim coach and will lead Denver into Sunday's matchup at the San Diego Chargers.

Dolphins at Buccaneers
Horrendous.
