BetBomb.com reserves the right to alter, revoke and to suspend or terminate any accounts if they observe any behavior outside of these stated rules.

ELIGIBILITY: BetBomb.com Summer Streak Challenge (the "Challenge") is open only to legal residents of the thirty eight (38) States listed in our terms who are eighteen (18) years or older, or age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older and are registered members of BetBomb.com. (Registration is free and is further described below). Employees of (i) Five1Eight Internet Media, LLC and the immediate family of such employee are not eligible. This Challenge is void in all U.S. Territories that are not listed in our terms and where prohibited by law.
ACCEPT OFFICIAL RULES: Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (the "Official Rules"). Please read our terms of service for any questions or regulations that are not contained herein. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth both herein and in our terms.

BetBomb.com REGISTRATION: To play the Challenge, you must be a registered member of BetBomb.com. Registration for BetBomb.com is free. a. Not yet a member: Go to BetBomb.com and select the sign up button. Fill out all required information, read the terms of service and select “create my account”. You will be sent an email verification to prevent spam. Once you have verified your account you can play the game and join the Summer Streak Contest. b. Already a Member. If you are already a member of BetBomb.com then you do not need to register again. You may enter the Challenge by logging in on BetBomb.com with your current username and password. Select the Summer Streak Contest button and follow the instructions.
HOW TO ENTER. a. Enter Online at BetBomb.com. Log on to the Summer Streak Challenge Page and follow the instructions given. b. Limit. ONE (1) ENTRY PER CHALLENGE (i) PER PERSON (REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF EMAIL ADDRESSES OR REGISTERED MEMBER ACCOUNTS), or (ii) PER EMAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS). c. Void. Use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods) is prohibited. Any attempt by any entrant to use an automated system or to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods, will void all of that entrant's entries, and render that person ineligible to receive any of the prizes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
HOW TO PLAY. On your "Summer Streak" page you're challenged to select the outcome of a listed matchup between two teams, or the over under. Listed lock times are based on the expected start time of an event, but may be changed up to the start of each game. YOU CAN ONLY SELECT ONE MATCHUP AT A TIME. Once the matchup you have selected has started then it will be marked as FINAL and you will not be able to change your pick. On the first day of the Challenge all participants start with of a streak of zero. If you win a matchup your streak continues; if you lose it, your streak ends and you're back to 0. Your streak is measured by the number of consecutive matchups you correctly select. You are not required to play every day. Matchups that end as a tie will be scored as a "PUSH" and your streak will remain intact. Matchups may also be cancelled by the Game Administrator for reasons including (but not limited to) player injuries, player absences, or inability to complete the match because of weather or any other reason; if this occurs, the matchup will be listed as "Cancelled", "Postponed" or "OFF" and scored as "PUSH". In all such cases, the Game Administrator's decision is final, binding and non-appealable. In the event that the matchup you selected is marked as a "PUSH", your streak will NOT end, but instead will continue unchanged. You can also use BombBucks to move the spread in your favor to help build a longer streak. To purchase BombBucks go to the cage. If you decide to use BombBucks for your streak game and decide to change your pick before the start of the game the BombBucks will be refunded to your account.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Challenge; (2) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including without limitation malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (3) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses other security breaches; (4) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (5) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Challenge; and (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Challenge, access to, copying or downloading materials from BetBomb.com or any other website, or receipt or use of any prize.
DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Challenge or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts. (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. New York law, without reference to New York's choice of law rules, governs the Challenge and all aspects related thereto, the participants expressly waiving any other forum that they may be entitled to in light of their current or future domiciles.
