Michigan +4 vs. Louisville
This may not be the best time to do this as I'm still licking my wounds from a brutal defeat for my beloved alma mater. I said before the game that the champion is coming from the second contest on Saturday night and I'm sticking by it. We have seen Michigan win in a variety of ways in this tournament. They beat Havoc to a pulp, they came back against Kansas and then held on for dear life against Syracuse. Trey Burke won't play this poorly on Monday night. The Wolverines can put out at least three pros at one point and I just don't think you could say the same for Louisville. The fact that Michigan faced VCU is going to help them in this contest as Louisville prides itself on it's pressure and fastbreak opportunities. The Wolverines won on Saturday without Nik Stauskas and Trey Burke doing very much. That says a lot. The Cardinals, meanwhile, played poorly until late against Wichita State and arguably got the benefit of a quick whistle to help them get into this game. I can't help to think that this is destiny for Michigan who is the better team and has a chance to knock off the number one overall seed to get to the top of the mountain.
